Banka Ekonomike Sh.A. Prishtina, invites interested entities to submit offers for:<\/p>\n

Insurance for BBB,ECCP&DO<\/p>\n

Mandatory conditions for participation:
\nAll interested entities are required to submit the necessary documentation for eligibility as required below:
\n\u2022 Economic operators must be registered as legal entities and licensed by the relevant institutions to provide the required services;
\n\u2022 The necessary legal documentation – business registration certificate (if they are VAT declarants, submit the VAT certificate);
\n\u2022 Licenses from the relevant institutions must be submitted;
\n\u2022 The financial offer must include VAT, for prices that do not have VAT listed separately, it will be understood that the VAT value is included in the price;
\n\u2022 Have at least 5 years of experience in the field of insurance, which must be proven through contracts or reference letters;
\n\u2022 Banka Ekonomike reserves the right to request additional information from the bidding companies;
\n\u2022 Offers that do not contain complete documentation will not be reviewed;
\n\u2022 Offers submitted after the deadline for submission will not be reviewed;
\n\u2022 Payment will be made in quarterly installments;
\n\u2022 Documentation\/Specification of equipment must be physically collected by interested companies at the central offices of Banka Ekonomike at Sheshi N\u00ebn\u00eb Terez\u00eb near the Procurement and Administration department, after signing the NDA for data confidentiality.<\/p>\n

The deadline for submitting the offer is until 17.06.2026 at 15:00<\/p>\n

The offer sealed in an envelope with the inscription \u201cOffer for BBB, ECCP and D&O insurance\u201dS must be submitted to the reception at the premises of Banka Ekonomike, Sh.A. Prishtina, Sheshi N\u00ebn\u00eb Terez\u00eb p.n.<\/p>\n

The validity of the bid must be at least 2 months from the date of submission of the bid.
\nThe Bank reserves the right to cancel or modify the tender at any time.<\/p>\n
