Objective:<\/p>\n
Renewal of Harmony licenses; quantity: 580 units.<\/p>\n
Mandatory participation requirements:<\/p>\n
All interested parties are required to submit the necessary eligibility documentation as follows:
\n\u2022 Submit the required legal documentation: business registration certificate, business details, and fiscal number certificate.
\n\u2022 Provide the necessary VAT documentation (if registered for VAT, submit the VAT certificate).
\n\u2022 The financial offer must include VAT.
\n\u2022 For prices where VAT is not listed separately, it will be assumed that the VAT amount is included in the price. \u2022 The bidder must provide references\/contracts for similar work.
\n\u2022 The bidder must submit a valid authorization from the manufacturer (Manufacturer Authorization Letter – MAL).
\n\u2022 Banka Ekonomike reserves the right to request additional information from the bidding companies.<\/p>\n
The deadline for bid submission is July 14, 2026, at 15:00.<\/p>\n
Bids sealed in an envelope marked “Offer for HARMONY LICENSE RENEWAL” must be submitted to the reception at the premises of Banka Ekonomike Sh.A., Prishtina, Mother Teresa Square (Sheshi N\u00ebna Terez\u00eb), n.n.<\/p>\n
Bid validity: Minimum of 30 days from the bid submission date.<\/p>\n
The Bank reserves the right to cancel or modify the tender at any time.<\/p>\n
