Banka Ekonomike Sh.A. Prishtina invites interested parties to submit bids for:<\/p>\n
MEETING ANNUAL REQUIREMENTS FOR RENTAL GENERATORS AND MAINTENANCE OF BANKA EKONOMIKE\u2019S GENERATORS<\/p>\n
Interested parties may request the specifications via the following email addresses: prokurimi@bekonomike.com, prokurimi@ba-contractors.com.
\nMandatory participation requirements:
\nAll interested parties are required to submit the necessary eligibility documentation as follows:
\n\u2022 Submit the required legal documentation \u2013 business registration certificate, business information, and fiscal number certificate.
\n\u2022 Provide the necessary VAT documentation (if registered for VAT, submit the VAT certificate).
\n\u2022 The financial offer must include VAT.
\n\u2022 For prices where VAT is not listed separately, it will be assumed that the VAT amount is included in the price. \u2022 The bidder must provide references\/contracts for similar work.
\n\u2022 Banka Ekonomike reserves the right to request additional information from bidding companies.<\/p>\n
The deadline for bid submission is July 15, 2026, at 15:00.<\/p>\n
Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked \u201cGENERATOR RENTAL AND MAINTENANCE FOR BANKA EKONOMIKE\u201d to the reception at the premises of Banka Ekonomike Sh.A., Prishtina, Mother Teresa Square (n.n.).<\/p>\n
The bid must remain valid for at least one month from the date of submission.
