Banka Ekonomike Sh.A. Prishtina invites interested parties to submit offers for:<\/p>\n

MEETING SUPPLY NEEDS FOR PCs, MONITORS, LAPTOPS,
\nDOCKING STATIONS, HEADSETS, etc.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

To qualify, companies must:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

– Submit the necessary legal documentation \u2013 business registration certificate, fiscal number certificate;
\n– Provide necessary VAT documentation (if VAT-registered, submit the VAT certificate);
\n– Include VAT in the financial offer;
\n– Structure the financial offer into five LOTs as requested: LOT-1 PC, LOT-2 Monitor, LOT-3 Laptop, LOT-4 Docking Station, and LOT-5 Headset, etc.;
\n– Assume that for prices where VAT is not listed separately, the VAT value is included in the price;
\n– Be authorized to sell the requested equipment;
\n– Submit equipment specifications;
\n– State the delivery timeframe (in calendar days);
\n– Provide a minimum 3-year warranty period for LOT-1, LOT-2, LOT-3, and LOT-5;
\n– Provide a preferred 3-year warranty period for LOT-4;
\n– Ensure the offer remains valid for at least two months from the submission date;
\n– Provide references for similar work; – Banka Ekonomike reserves the right to request additional information from bidding companies;
\n– Banka Ekonomike reserves the right to select one or more LOTs from a single bidder;
\n– Equipment documentation\/specifications must be collected in person by interested companies from Banka Ekonomike\u2019s headquarters at Mother Teresa Square, following the signing of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) regarding data confidentiality.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Sealed bids marked “PC, MONITOR, LAPTOP, DOCKING, HEADSET, etc.” must be submitted to Banka Ekonomike\u2019s headquarters at Mother Teresa Square (unaddressed\/no number).<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Bids that do not contain the complete documentation will not be considered.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The deadline for bid submission is July 23, 2026, at 15:00.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Bank reserves the right to cancel or modify the tender at any time<\/p>\n
