Banka Ekonomike Sh.A. Prishtina invites interested parties to submit proposals for:<\/p>\n
MEETING PRINTING SERVICE NEEDS \u2013 PROVISION\/LEASE OF PRINTING EQUIPMENT<\/p>\n
Interested parties may request specifications via the following email addresses: prokurimi@bekonomike.com, prokurimi@ba-contractors.com.<\/p>\n
To qualify, companies must:
\n– Submit the necessary legal documentation \u2013 business registration certificate and fiscal number certificate;
\n– Provide the necessary VAT documentation (if VAT-registered, submit the VAT certificate);
\n– Include VAT in the financial offer;
\n– Note that for prices where VAT is not listed separately, the VAT amount will be considered included in the price;
\n– Provide a list of proposed equipment and datasheets;
\n– Provide a maintenance SLA (Service Level Agreement);
\n– Ensure the offer is valid for at least two months from the submission date;
\n– Provide references for similar work;
\n– Acknowledge that Banka Ekonomike reserves the right to request additional information from bidding companies; Sealed bids bearing the inscription “Meeting printing service needs \u2013 Provision\/Leasing of printing equipment” must be submitted to the Banka Ekonomike headquarters at Mother Teresa Square (Sheshi N\u00ebna Terez\u00eb), n.n.<\/p>\n
Bids that do not contain the complete documentation will not be considered.
\nBids submitted after the submission deadline will not be considered.<\/p>\n
The deadline for bid submission is September 11, 2026, at 15:00.<\/p>\n
The Bank reserves the right to cancel or modify the tender at any time.<\/p>\n
