SUPPLY OF PROFESSIONAL\/INDUSTRIAL DOCUMENT SHREDDERS<\/p>\n

Supply of professional\/industrial shredders.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Mandatory participation requirements:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
All interested parties are required to submit the necessary eligibility documentation as follows:<\/p>\n
Required legal documentation \u2013 business registration certificate.
\nThe financial offer must include VAT.
\nA sworn statement declaring the absence of any conflict of interest with Banka Ekonomike.
\nProof from the Tax Administration of Kosovo (TAK) that the bidder is not in arrears regarding tax obligations, covering at least the period up to the last quarter prior to the bid submission. Certificate from the Basic Court stating that the bidders are not under investigation (required only upon contract award)
\nThe bidder must provide references\/contracts for similar work
\nBanka Ekonomike reserves the right to request additional information from bidding companies<\/p>\n
The deadline for bid submission is September 29, 2026, at 15:00<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The bid must remain valid for at least 2 months from the date of submission.<\/p>\n
