Banka Ekonomike Sh.A. Prishtina invites interested parties to submit offers:
\nFOR THE SUPPLY OF SERVERS<\/p>\n
To qualify, companies must:<\/p>\n
– Submit the necessary legal documentation \u2013 business registration certificate and fiscal number certificate;
\n– Provide the necessary VAT documentation (if they are VAT filers, they must submit the VAT certificate);
\n– Include VAT in the financial offer;
\n– For prices where VAT is not listed separately, the VAT amount will be considered included in the price;
\n– Be authorized to sell the requested equipment;
\n– Submit equipment specifications;
\n– State the delivery timeframe (in calendar days);
\n– Provide a minimum warranty period of 3 (three) years;
\n– Ensure the offer remains valid for at least 60 days from the submission date;
\n– Provide references for similar supplies;
\n– Banka Ekonomike reserves the right to request additional information from the bidding companies; Sealed bids marked “Server Supply” must be submitted to the Banka Ekonomike headquarters at Mother Teresa Square (n.n.).<\/p>\n
Bids that do not contain the complete documentation will not be considered.
\nBids submitted after the submission deadline will not be considered.<\/p>\n
The deadline for bid submission is October 16, 2026, at 15:00.<\/p>\n
The Bank reserves the right to cancel or modify the tender at any time.<\/p>\n
