The meeting will be held at the premises of the head office of Banka Ekonomike, in Prishtina, &#8220;Mother Teresa&#8221; Square, n.<\/p>\n<p>The following AGENDA is proposed for this meeting:<\/p>\n<p>1. Opening of the meeting<br \/>\nFormation of the working committee<br \/>\n2. Election of committees:<br \/>\na) Verification committee<br \/>\nb) Appointment of the minutes keeper<br \/>\n3. Report of the verification committee<br \/>\n4. Review and approval of the minutes of the previous meeting<br \/>\n5. Review and approval of the work report of the board of directors for 2025<br \/>\n6. Review and approval of:<br \/>\nAnnual report of the bank for 2025<br \/>\nIndependent auditor&#8217;s report for 2025<br \/>\nDecision on the approval of the annual account for 2025<br \/>\nStrategic plan 2026-2028<br \/>\n7. Review and approval of the decisions of the board of directors on amendments and supplements to the statute of the economic bank between the two annual meetings of the shareholders&#8217; assembly<br \/>\n8. Update and reporting of the decisions of Board of Directors for KS Siguria<br \/>\n9. Review of the proposal for the delegation of the authorizations of the shareholders&#8217; assembly for decision-making by the board of directors between the two meetings for Banka Ekonomike and KS Siguria<br \/>\n10. Selection of the independent auditor for the audit of the bank&#8217;s financial statements for the year 2026<br \/>\n11. Mandate and proposals for the Board of Directors of Banka Ekonomike<br \/>\n12.
