Participants in the campaign will be all cardholders who will make at least 10 purchases within the campaign period, the campaign will be held in three periods: July 1, 2023 – July 31, 2023, August 1, 2023 – August 31, 2023, September 1, 2023 – September 30, 2023 and will have spent a cumulative amount of EUR 300 on purchases at POS terminals.

The first 3,000 cardholders will be reimbursed by Mastercard in the amount of EUR 10. The reimbursement will be returned directly to the customers’ accounts.

The goal of the campaign is to increase the use of Mastercard brand debit and credit cards.

Transactions valid for participation in the campaign must meet the following criteria:

10 or more purchases in the minimum amount of €300.00 are considered valid
Transactions made at POS inside and outside Kosovo are considered valid.
Transactions made online are considered valid.

Customer refund process:

For transactions July 1, 2023 – July 31, 2023 ((refund of money will be made until August 15, 2023)
For transactions August 1, 2023 – August 31, 2023 (refund of money will be made until September 15, 2021)
For transactions September 1, 2023 – September 30, 2023 (refund of money will be made until October 15, 2023)

The campaign is active until September 30, 2023.
