Mr. Shulina is Finance Director of the Exclusive Group (Maxi Hypermarket, NEXT, Pharma EXCLUSIVE, EXCLUSIVE, McCroft TOBACCO), which is responsible for organizing and overseeing all financial and accounting functions in the Company

Reporting to the Board of Directors and the shareholders of the Company; and also responsible for the organization and creation of accounting policies, preparation of strategic plans, budgets and corporate financial planning, preparation of the financial statements, income statement, balance sheet, reports of corporate shareholders, tax reports

Mr. Shulina has enviable financial sector experience with the following companies: HOTEL Iliria as CFO, PHOENIX Pharma LLC as financial advisor, EUROPE LEK PHARMA and PHOENIX Pharma LLC, where he prepared the merger plan and merger agreement. Preparation of financial statements and entry into a surviving company at PHOENIX Pharma “L.L.C., then Mccroft Tobacco Kosovo L.L.C Preparation of investment plans in the production process Investment management under the privatization contract with the KPA Reporting to the Surveillance Authority of the Agency for Privatization.

Albulena Shala completed her BA and MA studies in Banking and Finance at the Faculty of Economics, University of Prishtina “Hasan Prishtina”. In 2018, she earned her PhD in the field of the banking sector from the Faculty of Economics (UP). Albulena has also completed the first year of studies in Accounting Technician at SCAAK.

She has been working as a lecturer in public and private higher education institutions for over ten years. Currently, she is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Economics at UP. She lectures BA and MA level courses in the field of banking and finance, including: Banks and Banking Business, Bank Management, Financial Technology, Digital Finance, and Derivative Instruments. Since 2021, she has been an external expert in COST ACTION 19130 (CA19130 – Fintech and Artificial Intelligence in Finance – Towards a Transparent Financial Industry (FinAI)). As of August 2024, she has been appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of Banka Ekonomike.

She has participated as a member of scientific and organizational committees at numerous international conferences, such as: Women in Fintech and AI 4, Women in Fintech III Conference, Women in Fintech and AI II Conference, Women in Fintech, among others. She has several scientific publications in international journals in the fields of the banking sector, financial technology, and ESG.

Previously he worked for almost seven years for Raiffeisen Kosovo, where lastly he served as Managing Director of Raiffeisen Leasing and Raiffeisen Insurance Broker Kosovo. At the beginning of his career, based in New York, Mr. Luzha spent nearly four years in the securities lending business including Merill Lynch (now part of Bank of America) and Deutsche Bank. Mr. Luzha holds a degree in BBA from Baruch College, part of CUNY, with focus in Finance and Investments.

Shqipe Abazi Member
Ms.Abazi is a banking and finance professional with expertise in investments, portfolio management, risk management, and corporate governance. She has 15 years of experience at the Central Bank, where she held leadership positions in the management of international reserves, as well as senior advisory roles in strategic planning, cooperation with international financial institutions, and institutional development. During her tenure, she led key initiatives in development and implementation of investment, portfolio management and risk management policies, as well as projects related to the digital transformation of the financial sector, the advancement of data reporting frameworks, and other strategic initiatives in coordination with international financial institutions.

She currently serves in a regional leadership role focused on the strategic development of higher education institutions in Kosovo and across the region, driving initiatives in academic quality and innovation.

Ms. Abazi holds a Master of Science in Economics from Lund University, Sweden, and a Master of Science in Banking and Finance from Ghent University, Belgium.

Mr. Musaj is a banking, finance and business management professional with extensive experience in corporate portfolio management, credit analysis, business development, sales and organizational governance. He has over 16 years of experience in the banking sector in Kosovo, having held professional and managerial positions in financial institutions including Banka Ekonomike, Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo and ProCredit Bank.
During his engagement with Banka Ekonomike, he served as Head of the Corporate Department, where he was responsible for portfolio management, profitability, commercial objectives, loan portfolio quality, deposits and interest income. Earlier in his career, he gained significant experience in corporate and small enterprise credit analysis, focusing on financial analysis, risk assessment, cash-flow projections and credit decision-making processes.
He currently serves as Managing Director of Green Coast Hills L.L.C and Rodon Properties L.L.C in Albania, where he leads the companies’ administrative, operational and commercial functions, with a focus on structuring sales processes, coordinating with financial institutions, managing internal documentation and supporting organizational development. As of 1 June 2026, Mr. Musaj has been appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors of Banka Ekonomike. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Informatics from the Faculty of Economics, University of Prishtina, and has pursued a Master’s degree in Banking and Financial Management at the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

Mr.Shukri Mustafa is a senior banking and technology executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience in financial services, digital transformation, and operational excellence. He has held executive and board-level positions within the Raiffeisen Banking Group, including serving as Chief Operating Officer and Board Member of Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo, where he led major initiatives in IT, operations, cybersecurity, and business transformation.
Mr. Mustafa holds an MBA in Banking and Insurance and an MSc in International Engineering Management from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business). He is certified in Internal Auditing, COBIT, and ITIL, and has completed executive education programs at INSEAD. Alongside his banking career, he is the founder of Evolve Solutions Technology, advising financial institutions and enterprises on digital transformation, governance, risk management, and technology strategy. He brings extensive expertise in corporate governance, operational resilience, and strategic oversight to the Supervisory Board.
