Banka Ekonomike Sh.A. Prishtina invites interested parties to submit bids for:
RENEWAL OF HARMONY LICENSES
Objective:
Renewal of Harmony licenses; quantity: 580 units.
Mandatory participation requirements:
All interested parties are required to submit the necessary eligibility documentation as follows:
• Submit the required legal documentation: business registration certificate, business details, and fiscal number certificate.
• Provide the necessary VAT documentation (if registered for VAT, submit the VAT certificate).
• The financial offer must include VAT.
• For prices where VAT is not listed separately, it will be assumed that the VAT amount is included in the price. • The bidder must provide references/contracts for similar work.
• The bidder must submit a valid authorization from the manufacturer (Manufacturer Authorization Letter – MAL).
• Banka Ekonomike reserves the right to request additional information from the bidding companies.
The deadline for bid submission is July 14, 2026, at 15:00.
Bids sealed in an envelope marked “Offer for HARMONY LICENSE RENEWAL” must be submitted to the reception at the premises of Banka Ekonomike Sh.A., Prishtina, Mother Teresa Square (Sheshi Nëna Terezë), n.n.
Bid validity: Minimum of 30 days from the bid submission date.
The Bank reserves the right to cancel or modify the tender at any time.

2 – BANKNOTE COUNTING, VERIFICATION, IDENTIFICATION, AND PROCESSING EQUIPMENT
3 – ULTRAVIOLET BANKNOTE DETECTION MACHINES

To qualify, companies must:
– Submit the necessary legal documentation: business registration certificate, business information, and fiscal number certificate.
– Provide the necessary VAT documentation (if they are VAT filers, they must submit the VAT certificate).
– Include VAT in the financial offer.
– Note that for prices where VAT is not listed separately, the VAT amount will be considered included in the price; the financial offer must be presented for both the purchase option and the equipment rental option offered by the bidding companies.
– Be authorized to sell and service the equipment for which they are bidding. – Software for the machines to read and process serial numbers and denominations supported by the machines.
– Submit technical specifications for the equipment.
– State the delivery timeframe.
– Provide a warranty of at least 3 years covering the replacement of consumable parts (with such parts specified).
– Specify leasing terms if the bidder offers the machines for lease.
– The offer must be valid for at least 2 months from the submission date.
– The bidder must provide references or contracts for similar work.
– Banka Ekonomike reserves the right to request additional information from bidding companies
Sealed bids bearing the inscription “Meeting the Bank’s annual requirements for the supply and servicing of banking equipment” must be submitted to the reception at the Head Office of Banka Ekonomike Sh.A., Pristina (Mother Teresa Square, n.n.).
