INVITATION TO TENDER

Banka Ekonomike Sh.A. Prishtina invites interested parties to submit bids for:

SUPPLY OF PAPER ROLLS FOR POS AND ATM TERMINALS

Mandatory participation requirements:

All interested parties are required to submit the necessary eligibility documentation as follows:

• Submit the required legal documentation: business registration certificate, business information, and fiscal number certificate.
• Provide the necessary VAT documentation (if registered for VAT, submit the VAT certificate).
• The financial offer must include VAT.
• For prices where VAT is not listed separately, it will be assumed that the VAT amount is included in the price. • The bidder must provide references/contracts for similar work.
• Banka Ekonomike reserves the right to request additional information from bidding companies.

The deadline for bid submission is July 30, 2026, at 15:00.

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Bid for the Supply of POS and ATM Paper” to the reception at the premises of Banka Ekonomike Sh.A., Prishtina, Mother Teresa Square (n.n.).

Bid validity: Minimum of 30 days from the date of bid submission.

The Bank reserves the right to cancel or modify the tender at any time.
