Banka Ekonomike Sh.A. Prishtina invites interested parties to submit offers:
FOR THE SUPPLY OF SERVERS

To qualify, companies must:

– Submit the necessary legal documentation – business registration certificate and fiscal number certificate;
– Provide the necessary VAT documentation (if they are VAT filers, they must submit the VAT certificate);
– Include VAT in the financial offer;
– For prices where VAT is not listed separately, the VAT amount will be considered included in the price;
– Be authorized to sell the requested equipment;
– Submit equipment specifications;
– State the delivery timeframe (in calendar days);
– Provide a minimum warranty period of 3 (three) years;
– Ensure the offer remains valid for at least 60 days from the submission date;
– Provide references for similar supplies;
– Banka Ekonomike reserves the right to request additional information from the bidding companies; Sealed bids marked “Server Supply” must be submitted to the Banka Ekonomike headquarters at Mother Teresa Square (n.n.).

Bids that do not contain the complete documentation will not be considered.
Bids submitted after the submission deadline will not be considered.

The deadline for bid submission is October 16, 2026, at 15:00.

The Bank reserves the right to cancel or modify the tender at any time.
