Banka Ekonomike Sh.A. Prishtina invites interested parties to submit offers for:

MEETING SUPPLY NEEDS FOR PCs, MONITORS, LAPTOPS,
DOCKING STATIONS, HEADSETS, etc.

To qualify, companies must:

– Submit the necessary legal documentation – business registration certificate, fiscal number certificate;
– Provide necessary VAT documentation (if VAT-registered, submit the VAT certificate);
– Include VAT in the financial offer;
– Structure the financial offer into five LOTs as requested: LOT-1 PC, LOT-2 Monitor, LOT-3 Laptop, LOT-4 Docking Station, and LOT-5 Headset, etc.;
– Assume that for prices where VAT is not listed separately, the VAT value is included in the price;
– Be authorized to sell the requested equipment;
– Submit equipment specifications;
– State the delivery timeframe (in calendar days);
– Provide a minimum 3-year warranty period for LOT-1, LOT-2, LOT-3, and LOT-5;
– Provide a preferred 3-year warranty period for LOT-4;
– Ensure the offer remains valid for at least two months from the submission date;
– Provide references for similar work; – Banka Ekonomike reserves the right to request additional information from bidding companies;
– Banka Ekonomike reserves the right to select one or more LOTs from a single bidder;
– Equipment documentation/specifications must be collected in person by interested companies from Banka Ekonomike’s headquarters at Mother Teresa Square, following the signing of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) regarding data confidentiality.

Sealed bids marked “PC, MONITOR, LAPTOP, DOCKING, HEADSET, etc.” must be submitted to Banka Ekonomike’s headquarters at Mother Teresa Square (unaddressed/no number).

Bids that do not contain the complete documentation will not be considered.

The deadline for bid submission is July 23, 2026, at 15:00.

The Bank reserves the right to cancel or modify the tender at any time
