- Destination: Renovation of the house or apartment, expansion of the existing premises
- Loan repayment term: up to 15 years
- Up to 15,000EUR without co-borrower
- Up to 35,000EUR even without a guarantor
- Up to 35,000EUR without additional collateral or pledge
- Up to 50,000 Eur without mortgage
