To support the creation and development of new businesses, Banka Ekonomike, in cooperation with the Kosovo Credit Guarantee Fund (KGF), has launched the “Start-UP” campaign, which aims to provide new enterprises with easier access to financing, preferential conditions and ongoing support for the growth of their activity.
The campaign will be valid from June 15, 2026 to December 31, 2026 and is dedicated to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises that are in the early stages of development.
What does the campaign offer?
Financing from €3,000 to €100,000
Credit guarantee up to 80% of the loan amount, respectively up to €80,000
Guarantee term up to 84 months
Financing for:
Long-term investments
Working capital
Preferential interest rates
More favorable conditions for start-ups
Flexibility in payments
In addition to financing, beneficiary businesses can also have access to a range of support services:

Continuous support during their entrepreneurial journey
The campaign is dedicated to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) that meet the following criteria:
They are privately owned and without government ownership during the guarantee coverage period
They are registered with ARBK
They have business experience from the day of registration to 12 months
Are owned by at least one citizen or permanent resident of the Republic of Kosovo
