INVITATION TO TENDER

Banka Ekonomike Sh.A. Prishtina invites interested parties to submit bids for:

SUPPLY, REFILLING, MAINTENANCE, AND SERVICING OF FIRE EXTINGUISHERS AT BANKA EKONOMIKE FACILITIES

Interested parties may request the specifications via the following email addresses: [email protected], [email protected].

To qualify, companies must:

– Submit the necessary legal documentation – business registration certificate and fiscal number certificate.

– Provide the necessary VAT documentation (if registered for VAT, submit the VAT certificate).

– Include VAT in the financial offer.

– For prices where VAT is not listed separately, the VAT amount will be considered included in the price.

– Be licensed to provide the services requested in this tender (e.g., an operating license issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs).

– Submit equipment specifications.

– Specify the delivery timeframe. – Specify the warranty period

– The offer must be valid for at least one month from the submission date

– The bidder must provide references/contracts for similar work

Banka Ekonomike reserves the right to request additional information from bidding companies

Sealed bids bearing the inscription “SUPPLY, REFILLING, MAINTENANCE, AND SERVICING OF FIRE EXTINGUISHERS AT BANKA EKONOMIKE FACILITIES” must be submitted to the reception at the Banka Ekonomike Sh.A. Head Office premises: Mother Teresa Square (Sheshi Nënë Terezë), Prishtina.

The deadline for bid submission is July 15, 2026, at 15:00.

The Bank reserves the right to cancel or modify the tender at any time.
