Banka Ekonomike Sh.A. Prishtina invites interested parties to submit proposals for:

MEETING PRINTING SERVICE NEEDS – PROVISION/LEASE OF PRINTING EQUIPMENT

Interested parties may request specifications via the following email addresses: [email protected], [email protected].

To qualify, companies must:
– Submit the necessary legal documentation – business registration certificate and fiscal number certificate;
– Provide the necessary VAT documentation (if VAT-registered, submit the VAT certificate);
– Include VAT in the financial offer;
– Note that for prices where VAT is not listed separately, the VAT amount will be considered included in the price;
– Provide a list of proposed equipment and datasheets;
– Provide a maintenance SLA (Service Level Agreement);
– Ensure the offer is valid for at least two months from the submission date;
– Provide references for similar work;
– Acknowledge that Banka Ekonomike reserves the right to request additional information from bidding companies; Sealed bids bearing the inscription “Meeting printing service needs – Provision/Leasing of printing equipment” must be submitted to the Banka Ekonomike headquarters at Mother Teresa Square (Sheshi Nëna Terezë), n.n.

Bids that do not contain the complete documentation will not be considered.
Bids submitted after the submission deadline will not be considered.

The deadline for bid submission is September 11, 2026, at 15:00.

The Bank reserves the right to cancel or modify the tender at any time.
