INVITATION TO TENDER

Banka Ekonomike Sh.A. Prishtina invites interested parties to submit bids for:

SUPPLY OF PROFESSIONAL/INDUSTRIAL DOCUMENT SHREDDERS

Interested parties may request the specifications via the email addresses [email protected] or [email protected].

Objective:

Supply of professional/industrial shredders.

Mandatory participation requirements:

All interested parties are required to submit the necessary eligibility documentation as follows:

Required legal documentation – business registration certificate.
The financial offer must include VAT.
A sworn statement declaring the absence of any conflict of interest with Banka Ekonomike.
Proof from the Tax Administration of Kosovo (TAK) that the bidder is not in arrears regarding tax obligations, covering at least the period up to the last quarter prior to the bid submission. Certificate from the Basic Court stating that the bidders are not under investigation (required only upon contract award)
The bidder must provide references/contracts for similar work
Banka Ekonomike reserves the right to request additional information from bidding companies

The deadline for bid submission is September 29, 2026, at 15:00

The bid must remain valid for at least 2 months from the date of submission.

The Bank reserves the right to cancel or modify the tender at any time.
