3D Secure is an international standard that enables verification of the authenticity of the card and online purchase transactions. The program is developed so that for every online transaction from your VISA debit or credit card, carried out on websites certified with “3D Secure”, you will receive a password via SMS to authorize your transaction.

Mastercard campaign

Participants in the campaign will be all card holders who will make at least 10 purchases within the 15-day period, and will have spent cumulative funds worth 200 EUR on purchases at POS terminals.
Each customer who meets these conditions will be refunded by Mastercard in the amount of 6 EUR. The refund will be refunded directly to the customers’ account.

The aim of the campaign is to increase the use of the Master card debit and credit card.

Transactions valid for participation in the campaign must meet the following criteria:

10 or more purchases in the minimum amount of 200,00€ are considered valid
Transactions carried out at the POS inside and outside Kosovo are considered valid.
Transactions carried out online are considered valid.

Customer Refund Process:

For transactions from 1 July 2022 – 31 July 2022 (refund will be made by 15 August 2022)
For transactions from August 1, 2022 – August 31, 2022 (refund will be made by September 15, 2022)

The campaign is active until August 31, 2022.
