POZIV ZA PONUDU

Banka Ekonomike AD Priština poziva zainteresovane strane da dostave ponude za:

NABAVKA I ODRŽAVANJE KOMPLETOVA PRVE POMOĆI U OBJEKTIMA BANKE EKONOMIKE

Zainteresovane strane mogu zatražiti specifikacije putem sledećih imejl adresa: [email protected], [email protected].
Da bi se kvalifikovale, kompanije moraju:

– Dostaviti potrebnu pravnu dokumentaciju – potvrdu o registraciji preduzeća i potvrdu o fiskalnom broju.
– Dostaviti potrebnu PDV dokumentaciju (ako su registrovane za PDV, dostaviti potvrdu o PDV-u).
– Finansijska ponuda mora da sadrži PDV.
– Za cene gde PDV nije posebno naveden, pretpostavljaće se da je iznos PDV-a uključen u cenu.
– Kompanije koje ponuđaju moraju imati licencu za pružanje usluga traženih u ovoj tenderskoj ponudi.
– Dostaviti specifikacije opreme.
– Navesti vremenski okvir isporuke. – Navedite garantni rok
– Ponuda mora važiti najmanje mesec dana od datuma podnošenja
– Ponuđač mora da dostavi reference/ugovore za slične radove

Banka Ekonomike zadržava pravo da zahteva dodatne informacije od kompanija koje ponuđaju

Zapečaćene ponude sa natpisom „NABAVKA I ODRŽAVANJE KOMPLETOVA PRVE POMOĆI U OBJEKTIMA BANKE EKONOMIKE“ moraju se dostaviti na recepciju u sedištu Banke Ekonomike D.O.O., Priština (Trg Majke Tereze, br. 2)

Rok za podnošenje ponuda je 15. jul 2026. godine, u 15:00 časova.

Banka zadržava pravo da otkaže ili izmeni tender u bilo kom trenutku.

Banka Ekonomike Sh.A. Prishtina invites interested parties to submit bids for:

MEETING ANNUAL REQUIREMENTS FOR RENTAL GENERATORS AND MAINTENANCE OF BANKA EKONOMIKE’S GENERATORS

Interested parties may request the specifications via the following email addresses: [email protected], [email protected].
Mandatory participation requirements:
All interested parties are required to submit the necessary eligibility documentation as follows:
• Submit the required legal documentation – business registration certificate, business information, and fiscal number certificate.
• Provide the necessary VAT documentation (if registered for VAT, submit the VAT certificate).
• The financial offer must include VAT.
• For prices where VAT is not listed separately, it will be assumed that the VAT amount is included in the price. • The bidder must provide references/contracts for similar work.
• Banka Ekonomike reserves the right to request additional information from bidding companies.

The deadline for bid submission is July 15, 2026, at 15:00.

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “GENERATOR RENTAL AND MAINTENANCE FOR BANKA EKONOMIKE” to the reception at the premises of Banka Ekonomike Sh.A., Prishtina, Mother Teresa Square (n.n.).

The bid must remain valid for at least one month from the date of submission.
The Bank reserves the right to cancel or modify the tender at any time.

„Start-UP“ sa Bankom Ekonomike i KGF-om

They are privately owned and non-state owned during the warranty period
They are registered with ARBK
They have business experience from the day of registration to 12 months
They are owned by at least one citizen or permanent resident of the Republic of Kosovo

Mandatory conditions for participation:
All interested entities are required to submit the necessary documentation for eligibility as required below:
• Economic operators must be registered as legal entities and licensed by the relevant institutions to provide the required services;
• The necessary legal documentation – business registration certificate (if they are VAT declarants, submit the VAT certificate);
• Licenses from the relevant institutions must be submitted;
• The financial offer must include VAT, for prices that do not have VAT listed separately, it will be understood that the VAT value is included in the price;
• Have at least 5 years of experience in the field of insurance, which must be proven through contracts or reference letters;
• Banka Ekonomike reserves the right to request additional information from the bidding companies;
• Offers that do not contain complete documentation will not be reviewed;
• Offers submitted after the deadline for submission will not be reviewed;
• Payment will be made in quarterly installments;
• Documentation/Specification of equipment must be physically collected by interested companies at the central offices of Banka Ekonomike at Sheshi Nënë Terezë near the Procurement and Administration department, after signing the NDA for data confidentiality.

The deadline for submitting the offer is until 17.06.2026 at 15:00

The offer sealed in an envelope with the inscription “Offer for BBB, ECCP and D&O insurance”S must be submitted to the reception at the premises of Banka Ekonomike, Sh.A. Prishtina, Sheshi Nënë Terezë p.n.

The validity of the bid must be at least 2 months from the date of submission of the bid.
