INVITATION TO TENDER

Banka Ekonomike Sh.A. Prishtina invites interested parties to submit bids for:

MEETING ANNUAL REQUIREMENTS FOR RENTAL GENERATORS AND MAINTENANCE OF BANKA EKONOMIKE’S GENERATORS

Mandatory participation requirements:
All interested parties are required to submit the necessary eligibility documentation as follows:
• Submit the required legal documentation – business registration certificate, business information, and fiscal number certificate.
• Provide the necessary VAT documentation (if registered for VAT, submit the VAT certificate).
• The financial offer must include VAT.
• For prices where VAT is not listed separately, it will be assumed that the VAT amount is included in the price. • The bidder must provide references/contracts for similar work.
• Banka Ekonomike reserves the right to request additional information from bidding companies.

The deadline for bid submission is July 15, 2026, at 15:00.

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “GENERATOR RENTAL AND MAINTENANCE FOR BANKA EKONOMIKE” to the reception at the premises of Banka Ekonomike Sh.A., Prishtina, Mother Teresa Square (n.n.).

The bid must remain valid for at least one month from the date of submission.
The Bank reserves the right to cancel or modify the tender at any time.
