We would like to inform you that, starting from September 1, Türkiye İş Bankası – Kosovo Branch will end the provision of banking services, as a result of the full transfer of assets and liabilities to Banka Ekonomike Sh.A., based on the approval of the Central Bank of Kosovo with reference 2025/312, dated 29.07.2025.

This process has been carried out with particular care, respecting all legal and regulatory standards, with the main aim of maintaining the continuity of services and your interests as customers.

With this change, the current branches in Prishtina and Prizren will continue to function normally, but now as part of the Banka Ekonomike network.

Your banking services will not be interrupted, any product, account or agreement you have with Türkiye İş Bankası – Kosovo Branch will continue to function the same after the transfer.
All transactions will be carried out without obstacles, whether deposits, payments, withdrawals, transfers, loans or other banking services, everything will continue to function without changes.
