Purpose:

 

Supply with San Switch-a 32 To 48 ports, quantity 2 pieces.

Mandatory conditions for participation:

 

All interested parties are obliged to submit the necessary documentation for eligibility as required below:

 

  • To submit the necessary legal documentation – business registration certificate, business information and fiscal number certificate.
  • To have the necessary documentation on VAT (if they are VAT declarants, submit the VAT certificate)
  • The financial offer must include VAT
  • For prices that do not have VAT listed separately, it will be understood that the VAT value is included in the price.

  • Warranty: Minimum 36 months

Insurance for BBB,ECCP&DO

Mandatory conditions for participation:
All interested entities are required to submit the necessary documentation for eligibility as required below:
• Economic operators must be registered as legal entities and licensed by the relevant institutions to provide the required services;
• The necessary legal documentation – business registration certificate (if they are VAT declarants, submit the VAT certificate);
• Licenses from the relevant institutions must be submitted;
• The financial offer must include VAT, for prices that do not have VAT listed separately, it will be understood that the VAT value is included in the price;
• Have at least 5 years of experience in the field of insurance, which must be proven through contracts or reference letters;
• Banka Ekonomike reserves the right to request additional information from the bidding companies;
• Offers that do not contain complete documentation will not be reviewed;
• Offers submitted after the deadline for submission will not be reviewed;
• Payment will be made in quarterly installments;
• Documentation/Specification of equipment must be physically collected by interested companies at the central offices of Banka Ekonomike at Sheshi Nënë Terezë near the Procurement and Administration department, after signing the NDA for data confidentiality.
