The meeting will be held at the premises of the head office of Banka Ekonomike, in Prishtina, “Mother Teresa” Square, n.

7. Review and approval of the decisions of the board of directors on amendments and supplements to the statute of the economic bank between the two annual meetings of the shareholders’ assembly

Interested shareholders are invited, from the date of publication of this notice convening the general meeting of shareholders, at the bank’s head office, to review the financial statements, with the reports of the external auditors, as well as other documents related to the proposed decisions placed on the agenda of the general meeting of shareholders, or to contact the meeting secretary, via telephone number +383 49/ 733-315, as well as via the official email [email protected], regarding the submission/receipt of relevant materials/documents.
