What does interest-free installment mean?
Interest-free Instalments is a possibility provided by MasterCard Flexi cards through which you can purchase products and services on installments without being charged interest. With this card you can divide payments to up to 18 installments, depending on the merchant.  If the installment payment is made until the payment day (05 of the following month) then there is no interest charged, but if the payment is not made by the due date, then the regular interest according to applicable price list is applied.
Instructions for using the cards
 
•    Insert your card into the ATM and then select the desired language (Albanian or English) 
•    After selecting your preferred language, enter the card code (PIN).  
•    Upon entering your PIN, select the option for action you desire to perform (withdraw cash, balance sheet, etc.). 
•    The ATM always displays the desired selection, so just follow the screen instructions. 
Instructions for using the cards at points of sale
•    To make a purchase at a POS terminal you (you or the seller) should simply insert the card in the terminal). 
•    Next, you should enter card code (PIN).  
•    After you insert the card on POS terminal, the transaction is successful, and then the seller must give you a bill to sign, which the merchant keeps, and a second bill which you should keep.
Instructions for using cards online

•    To purchase online you have to first choose the type of card. 
•    Then enter the card number, the cardholder name and the expiry date of the card.
•    And finally enter the three digit CVC code (for MasterCard cards) or CVV2 (for Visa cards), which is located at the back of the card.        

(When purchasing online, the PIN code should never be entered. The PIN code is only used for purchases at points of sale (POS) and ATM withdrawals).
